weight gain

Ok, so I gained 5 lbs over the holidays and I was less than happy with myself. I got back on track this past week and in addition to doing my weight watchers I decided to start walking at least 10,000 steps a day. Well today when I weighed in it paid off! I lost 5.4 lbs. Im so happy with that. Oh and I now fit in my favorite jeans that I haven't been able to wear since before Jude was born! They are a little snug but they fit!
